How to make Outlook 2010 clients reconnect to Exchange 2010?

Sometimes you have to restart the Exchange server I noticed this feature - after restarting the Exchange 2010 (14.3.123.4)
server , Outlook 2010 clients lose contact with it, everyone displays a login / password dialog box. Even if the username and password are entered correctly, the window does not disappear and clients do not reconnect. Only restarting the Outlook client helps (which is not at all convenient with a large number of users).
As before, the organization had Exchange 2003 and this was not observed with it. What can be done?

It looks like this is a by-design solution from MS, since there is no more information on the Internet. There is a suggestion to disable the RPCProxy service before rebooting, but it did not help: the clients still get the login-password input dialog

Try disabling Basic Authentication for RPCProxy:
Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager -> Server Name -> Sites -> Default Web Site -> Rpc -> Authentication -> Basic Authentication -> Disable
