How to make one tmp folder for all sites?

On VDS there is a bunch of nginx + php. It costs pure ftpd, each site has its own user, which is limited to its own folder where the site is located and each is registered in the pool in php-fpm. The sites are all on Wordpress, and after setting up ftp and pool, CMS now has no questions when updating plugins.
But there was a problem, images are not loaded. The error "temp folder is missing" is displayed. Naturally, after creating a tmp folder in the root of the site, the problem is solved. But the question is this. Is it possible to somehow make a shared tmp folder so that each time it is not created in each root of the site?
