How to make one size dependent on another in FreeCAD?

For example, there are two circles with radius d1=R (d1 - dimension 1). I need the distance d2 between the centers to always be 3*R. I need some kind of dynamic binding so that when R changes, 3*R is also recalculated.

It was very easy in Autodesk Inventor. It was necessary to simply indicate in the value d2 = d1*3.
