How to make one IP external in the local network?

Good day to all
The essence of the issue is not unambiguous, on the one hand everything seems to be clear, but on the other hand, how to do it competently and without problems is not entirely clear. Brief background, I work for a company, 100+ cameras (cable) throughout the territory, there are 2 servers (archive), the grid is internal, respectively, and in general, everything was not bad, but it occurred to the authorities to watch a certain number of cameras from phone (only live and at any time), found a program for video surveillance 'Xeoma', there is a possibility of remote access, I collect a semi-server for this whole hat, the whole point of the problem is that you will need to do an EXTERNAL ip on this particular 'semi- server ', I don't like it, in principle, it's supposed to be security and dt.
There is a gateway on pfSens, as it were, I have to add a new subnet, as far as I understand, and make this subnet external, how to do it all right, I don’t even really catch up ... are there any options ???

@Drno

You need port forwarding and that's it. Why the hell are you putting xeoma?
Forward to existing servers. And let them look.
What are the servers? Manufacturer? Or software there what?
