How to make one disk for two servers?

There are 2 servers on Google Cloud, in the europe-west1-b and europe-west1-c zones, you need to make sure that they have one disk for two. I read about Local SSD, it seems to have such an opportunity, but I can’t find where to order the ego on Google Cloud.
