How to make notepad save in utf-8 and not ansi by default?

How to make notepad save in utf-8 by default instead of ansi ?
while waiting, I found the solution myself https://answers.microsoft.com/ru-ru/windows/forum/...
if in 2 words in C:\Windows\ShellNew we create an empty txt file, save it in utf-8, rename it to utf-8.txt
further in the registry branch HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / .txt / ShellNew / create FileName - REG_SZ - Unicode.txt and that's it

No. It's about Notepad. In W7 64 set up - Super! Finally, I don’t suffer, a document is created in Unicode, as I wanted. No PC restart required.
Refinements:
Edit - Create - String Parameter.
Write the name - FileName. Parameter - REG_SZ - automatically. Next, double-click on the line and enter - Unicode.txt - ok or enter.
Ready! Enjoy it :)
