How to make not all programs work through ovpn?

There is a Chinese vpn to which they connect via ovpn.
But since Google resources are blocked in China, then there is a problem with access to its resources.
I added to the "exceptions" the addresses that the tracing on google.com gave out in the CIDR range, but something does not help, although the traffic to Google did not go through the ovpn gateway

I even tried to make dns that gives out Ovpn work through the Internet gateway, but it does not plow

There is a Chinese vpn to which they connect via ovpn.

As far as I know, more often they go the other way - they determine *what should* go through the VPN.
