How to make non-geographic map on leaflet faster?

I have a non-geographic map on a leaflet. L.imageOverlay with jpg has been added as a background to the map, which weighs 4.5 MB and has a resolution of 10000x6500. Various elements are also added to the map, about 400 polylines and polygons in different layers.
I need to somehow deal with speed, because it zooms with slight braking and also drags the card with capture. JPG did not divide into tiles. I tried to remove it, the speed increases a little. How to be?
