How to make noip work?

Hello, I ran into such a problem. I can’t access the local web server through the noip domain, it works from localhost and 127.0.0.1. Google DNS. So noip doesn’t work on LAN at all.
PROBLEM SOLVED.
It was necessary to register
your internal ip in your host ip in the hosts file
