How to make Nemo (Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon) stop showing the menu bar when Alt is pressed?

When you press the Alt-Tab combination or any other type of Alt-Key , the Nemo 2.0.8 file manager opens, shows the menu bar, and then only executes the event that is attached to the Alt-Key key combination . This is very annoying.
Operating system: Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon.

Hmm, UMVR. Try upgrading to 2.2.2.
