How to make multisite with different currencies?

There is one site that has multiple currencies (Business license), but you can choose one currency by default. And at the time of placing an order, the default currency is always substituted. As an option, this can be done on the same domain in different folders and assign a different currency for each site.
Questions arise:
1) When you create a second site in the Bitrix admin panel in the List of sites section and specify a separate folder for it, what should be copied to this folder, what files and folders? The site should remain the same. As I thought, all folders and files, except for bitrix and upload, right?
2) How to assign a different currency for each site?
After creating an additional site in the settings of the online store, separate settings for choosing a currency do not appear.
