I have two blocks on my site, I want to revive them a little and make them more beautiful.
I want to ask your opinion what would you do, maybe some effects were changed to js. or added a shadow somewhere, I will be glad for any ideas)

I don’t pretend to the truth of judgments, since I myself am still studying, but, in my opinion, in both cases it is necessary to work on the content itself.
I would reduce the number of points to 4-6 and choose other icons.
If you choose icons with a thin outline, then you should increase them and choose more, let's say, colorful ones.
If you leave approximately the original size of the icons, then it is better to use coarser ones.
If it is absolutely impossible to reduce the points, then you can do something like this
Perhaps here, too, it is worth reducing the number of stages and choosing the most appropriate images.
Or remove images and icons altogether and leave only numbers.
Can be done in the form of a line with stages.
I would also make the headings bigger and remove the bold from the signatures and make them bigger, or increase the letter spacing and make them lighter.
With animation, I don’t think it’s worth getting carried away especially. Only the most unobtrusive changes to objects, for example, by hover or by scrolling.
