How to make money back protection in android?

Hey! Tell me how you can solve this situation: it is known that after a purchase on Google Play, the user can return the money for his purchases if he contacts Google. And of course there were those who use it for other purposes, so to speak - they make purchases inside the application, the purchase is charged, then they return their money - the developer does not receive anything. Moreover, when canceling a purchase, no event occurs and you cannot check this on your server and take away the accrued purchase.
Who is struggling with this, struggling at all?) Maybe there is some kind of trick to catch such scammers?

I myself faced a refund. I had a stripped down free app and a full featured/PRO paid one. Some time later, someone somewhere from the users found out that you can buy PRO, backup it, return the money and get it from the backup. Apparently somewhere about this dispersed infa, such returns fell sharply. There is no protection against this. I had to bother and close the paid application, and enter inapps into the free one. Returns have stopped. But really, there is no such event in the API about canceling a purchase.
Therefore, I decided for myself that if the situation repeats, I will save the Order ID for the user, the one that comes with the purchase in this form GPA.1234-5678-9012-3456. In the Payments Merchant Center, when canceling a purchase, I will see this and after synchronizing the application with the server I will be able to cancel the purchase from the user.

There will always be freebie lovers, you can't do anything about it.
A simple example:
Tell a Russian person that he should pay for the music he listens to and watch his reaction. Yes, there will be a bunch of excuses: "Yes, this artist still has to pay me extra for listening to him!", "Yes, the mp3 quality is bad, so I would still buy it," etc. etc.
The main problem is in the minds of people. Well, and the fact that digital content is so easy to steal.

well, these are not always scammers, but on the contrary - those who believed and tied the card
to protect - clearly explain that he is making a purchase, and it's not free

Perhaps I did not quite understand the technical part of the problem, but is it possible to sell resources in the form of another key application? Well, for example - a $1 key removes ads, and a $2 key adds levels/features/content? Then it's a standalone app and you can always check your account for a valid purchase

mopsicus and if you store all the user's purchases in your database, and if they return the money, but at the same time if he used all the goodies purchased, either block the application for his account or make him have a negative balance of goodies?
