Approximately so on Yandex maps, and on Google. And since everything is done on the user's side, the number of "icons" on the map mainly depends on the browser and the "power" of the user's computer. I use standard markers in my project, with a thousand or more markers simultaneously displayed on the map, the browser starts to slow down.
