Does pdd ask you to change DNS? There you only need to add mx and txt.

SDA will not activate your mailboxes until it finds a "correct" MX record.
So the MX record (and then the SPF) will still have to be changed.
It is not necessary to delegate to dns1/2.yandex.ru.
