How to bulk add folders and rules to mail.ru mail?

There was a need to bulk add folders to the Mail.ru box and rules for them. How to automate the adding process? The mail API is very poor.

The mail API allows everything that mail allows, incl. create folders and create rules, but you will not find documentation on it, because this is an internal web application API and it can change. Take fiddler (or even just developer tools in the browser), make web requests to create a folder / create a rule, see what requests with what parameters go to https://e.mail.ru/api/v1
Or just automate actions in browser using Selenium.
