How to make login/pass window on mac?

In the settings I found the "name and password" entry fields after turning on,
but how can I make the "name and password" fields be the same after exiting sleep mode?
now when I wake up from sleep, the logged in user is shown and there is a password entry field, the
point is that after sleep mode no one will know which login was used
so that you need to enter the login and password itself
