Good afternoon. I set up a local Ivideon server, everything works, it is written by a motion sensor. A question with local export - I do everything according to the instructions - I selected the desired segment, confirmed the export in the local client - as a result I get .avi files of the minimum size that are not reproduced. If you export through your personal account, then everything is in order, the output is .mp4 files that are perfectly viewed in VLC. Now the server and client are installed on Linux Mint 18.2, before that there was a test installation on Windows 7 - the situation is exactly the same. I tried installing K-Lite codecs on Windows - it did not help. How can I set up local video export?

And again - he answered, he asked. The solution to the issue is updating the version of the Ivideon client to 6.4.0 - there are versions for Linux and Windows - everything works fine in this version.
