If in column A, it says " A ", and in B " B ", then if you enter "=CONCATENATE(A1;" ";B1)" in column C, we get " A B "
But this only works with text!

Column B will not work right away, but in cell C1 you can write = HYPERLINK (A1; B1) and multiply by column C.
