In general, I made sure that letters were sent from the server. I set up business mail from Mayra and everything seems to be excellent.
Letters come from google and yandex to [email protected] (which is made on mailbusiness)
But letters don't come if you specify [email protected] in the feedback.

Mail.ru has SPF, which prohibits using @mail.ru addresses as senders and sending them not from their servers (smtp or web).
Moreover, the rule is strict - to reject such letters 100%:
