How to make Jenkis (in docker) run jenkins-agent (in docker)?

Tell me please, maybe there is some article or option you have in mind, where is jenkins in docker and runs the jenkins agent in docker which is deleted after working?
I managed to run jenkins locally and create an agent for it. But here's how to shove it into the docker and so that the agents get up on command and leave after working, this is magic for me ...
