How to make vestacp and jenkins friends?

OS: CentOS. Worth vestacp with its iptables firewall. Installed jenkins, it started successfully. But I can't see jenkins on the web.
Port 8080 open:
ACCEPT TCP/ JENKINS 8080 0.0.0.0/0
What could be the problem?
When you type http://:8080 it keeps dropping to https://:8080. Is this the norm?
