How to make it so that the additional Internet speed for one site is distributed to the rest?
Hello everyone, I have an internet speed of 2 Mbps and there are no more tariffs to get more, but the provider provides additional speed for steam.com when downloading files up to 10 Mbps. ADSL connection type. I really want to make this rule work for other sites too. I really need your help

No way. Instead of the magic of the Indians, it is better to find a video where they explain how computer networks, the Internet and Internet providers work.
ps And there is a video on YouTube where an Indian closes a contact on a SIM card and he gets high-speed unlimited free internet, ahaha.

Mmmm... great YouTube videos demonstrating the superpowers of the author...
There are only two options:
1) Buy a majority stake in steam so you can tell the developers who will make you an internet.
2) Hoping that the provider has a hole in the rate limiting mechanism that you can use.
Change the connection technology in 2021 and the speed will be better
