How to make it so that it can be listened to in VLC or Simple TV?

I'm racking my brains and can't get SiriusXM BPM Radio to play in VLC, or at least in Simple TV.
What is the point? There is a station website: https://player.siriusxm.com/enhanced-edp/page-name... (does not work without VPN), there is a stream from there: https://siriusxm-priprodlive.akamaized.net/AAC_Dat.. .but just like that it doesn't start. Could someone help me get started?
