How to make it easier to scan documents?
There is such a task. In production, printed tables are used, into which data is then entered. Then you need to add everything to the database, counting. For example:

But everything must be done by scanning sheets. That is, you need some kind of program for a scanner that can parse the text on a sheet and enter everything into some kind of database (excel, oracle). If the text is not legible, then warn and enable manual entry.
