How to make Iphone XR friends with wifi mikrotik?

There is a device Mikrotik wAP AC Black (RBwAPG-5HacT2HnD-be)
All devices except the apple are connected and work fine.
Region changed, does not help. Resetting the network settings on the iPhone did not help either.
I played a little with channels and frequency, also without changes.
WMM included. Encryption costs WPA2 PSK aes.

The connection allegedly passes, although it takes a long time to connect. Do not write something like "no network access". But when you try to get into the network, there will be a message stating that we do not have access to the Internet.
And then I noticed that the device receives IP 0.0.0.252. I really don't know what it means, or why.

Please tell me what else to try.

Hello.
The same problem, on all devices of the MacOS family they do not receive IP addresses. More precisely, they get 0.0.0.0/24, if you register IP and DNS manually, then everything starts up. Changing WPA2 EAP to some other encryption option does not solve the problem.
Help me please)

For me, when working with iPad 2, it helped: 2.4 Hz - one name, 5 Hz - another.
2.4 Band B / G
Frequency: auto
Country: Russia
Maybe it will help you.

1. Do other devices work?
2. What's in the logs?
3. Is DHCP configured?

Well, judging by the address, dhcp is configured incorrectly, or there are some problems with it. I should have looked at the logs ...
I personally had no problems with the iPhone - myrotik, they were different with androids)) mostly Chinese))

If possible, show a screen of wi-fi settings

The same problem, also iPhones receive an IP like 0.0.0.xxx
And this is only from the DHCP server installed on the Windows Server. If you enable the DHCP server on Mikrotik, iPhones normally receive IP from it.

You must uncheck WPA2 EAP
WPA2 (Extensible Authentication Protocol) is also used as WPA-Enterprise, a sophisticated authentication method. It uses an internal server with RADIUS protocol
