Here, Windows for friendship with smarts on both platforms has a UWP application that works through a crutch on smarts. The phone does not allow you to turn music and as a touchpad, but at least it does alerts, notifications, and photos.

You can try looking for what software works with either libimobiledevice.
IOS is a closed platform that also suppresses any attempts to develop third-party software / implement their protocols / use non-public APIs. Therefore, there is nothing special from such software, the party said if you want synchronization, buy a MacBook.
