How to make IIS server visible through VPN tunnel?

Hello!
What we have:
1) Microtik router with VPN configured on it. IP - static.
2) A server is connected to the router, an IIS server with 1C is deployed on it. The server address inside is 192.168.88.254, everything opens and works on the server
3) A remote user connects to the VPN tunnel (located on a completely different network) - the connection goes through, everything works. When going to 192.168.88.1, the user sees the RouterOS settings, but it is impossible to reach 192.168.88.254.
Question: what needs to be done so that all users connected through the VPN tunnel have access to 1C, which is deployed on the IIS server?

@vista1x

Little information, but I think you do not have proxy arp enabled on internal interfaces (or bridges)
