How to make hints in phpstorm?

I saw one video in which a hint pops up which arguments the function takes, but I don’t have one.
How to enable this feature?
I have phpstrom 9 and laravel 5.1

in auto mode is alarming. it is better to press Ctrl + Q if necessary,
or if you constantly need it while you are studying something, attach this window somewhere on the side and hold down the auto-update from sort button in it
