How to automatically delete the last empty lines when saving a file in WebStorm / PhpStorm?

Tell me if the storm has a setting so that when you save the file, all the last empty lines are deleted? VS Code has this setting, removes everything and adds (optionally) one empty line. Is it possible to do this in a storm, who knows?

See Code Style settings ( Settings/Editor/Code Style ), configured separately for each language, look for options Ignore files and folders (remove spaces from empty lines), Blank Lines tabs (settings for allowed empty lines).
These settings can be saved in a named scheme and possibly shared with colleagues.
