How can I make a search engine (namely google, because Yandex does not support this function) when searching for my site produce results with a "site search" like this, as shown in the picture with an example of VKontakte.

You can't "make" it. But if the site is of high quality and it makes sense to display site links upon request, they will be shown. And more about them in the help .
