How to make Google Chrome/Chromium remember my account?

After installing the system (in my case, OpenSuSE 42.1 Leap), I install Google Chrome with the latest stable version (54.0.2840.71) from the repository. When you first load the browser, a standard window with setting the default browser and sending information. I don't remove the checkboxes. Then I initiate the sign in to my Google account. There is a synchronization - everything is OK. Everything is set. Now I close the browser and open it again - a window pops up asking me to make the default browser (? I just did that). Then I notice that the user is not logged in. As evidenced by the orange triangle with an exclamation point next to the account name.
Reinstalling with clearing all configs does not help. The rights to the folder are sufficient to write and save the settings. The owner, respectively, is me. That is, there are no problems on this side. It feels like chrome doesn't save values for settings received through the browser interface.
Chromium has the same problem.
I'm not the only one who faced this problem. But haven't found a solution yet. Where to dig?
PS: I tried to install earlier versions of the browser - zero sense.
UPD: Updated Chrome to version 54.0.2840.100 (64-bit) - problem disappeared
