How to manually update icons in Applications menu on linux linux?

I use Elementary OS 0.4 Loki, after I install applications in wine, shortcuts are created in the applications menu.

I went to ~/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs and deleted them, but they remained in the application menu, what should I do?
Even after removing applications from Wine, they are not removed.

/usr/share/applications/
and remove unnecessary *.desktop file

This menu is filled from files that lie in three ways:
They can be edited however you like. In some DE, the result is visible immediately, in others - you need to enter something or just re-login.
