How to make games for VK?

Right now I'm learning javascript and decided to make a toy for VK. Something like "rules of war" but for my level, that is, there are simply 6 buildings and several levels of improvements for them and two resources for production and all no multiplayer, no battles.
A VERY simple developmental game. I read the forums of igrodelov but I didn’t find anything worthwhile there, many there advise making games on the flash player, but flash, in my opinion, is already a corpse and it’s not necessary to bother. haxe as a language and codebase.
libraries like openfl, kha, luxe, flambe are for the games themselves.
export to html5 is sometimes a bit damp. but with one code base it will be possible to release a version for android)
