How to make friends with PC headphones?

There is a PC (win10) with bluetooth (it works checked on the phone).
There are wireless Bluetooth headphones SILVERCREST SBTH 4.1 A1 (also work with the phone without problems)

But I can’t understand how to set them up on a PC, it seems that there is a connection, but maybe you need to switch somehow?

To connect to a PC - use BlueSoleil
, add headphones, then right-click the Bluetooth environment in the tray
and drag it to the desktop to listen - right-click "listen to music" on the shortcut.

It is possible that the paired headphones do not have an audio transmission service running.
Double click on the device and start the desired service.
