How to make form as desktop widget (C#/WPF)?

Hello. I've been googling for quite some time and can't find it. I want to make a program that will be constantly on the desktop. The fact that it will collapse when you press win + d - I do not care. Do not tell me how to place it on the desktop? All the same on what, it is possible even with WPF.
