How to make files on a web server in macOS available on the local network?

There is a standard web server on Apache, and a web page on it. When logging on to the IP of this server from another computer, scripts and styles are not loaded, in which line httd.confcan this be fixed?

see this is solved either by local DNS
or by editing hosts on the client
For windows C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

192.168.92.147 srv-debian
192.168.92.147 shop.srv-debian.loc
