Some of the letters from my mail for some reason end up in spam when sent to mail.ru
How can I make an exception for mail in mail.ru that this is not spam and all letters are important?

First of all, you should check
1. SPF, DKIM, DMARC
2. domain reputation through postmaster mail ru
3. compliance HELO and rDNS
4. availability of domain and IP in blacklist
