How to make equal spacing between words in Photoshop?

I understand that the portal is about programming, but maybe there are people who can help.
I'm making a layout, it has a navbar. How can I automatically make the spacing between navigation links the same? I tried to find a way to do this, but I couldn’t, as a result I made a rectangle and with its help made it the same, but I was already tired of doing it.

There is such a way, but it is not reliable, because it works very unpredictably
But you must understand that Photoshop is never for web design, see how your task is solved in a tool like Figma (watch GIF)
And believe me, there are a lot of things that will make your life easier.

You are rightly advised to jump to Figma - it is very easy to learn and will save you a hell of a lot of time. Because in Photoshop, many of the simplest things are implemented through the ass, or they don’t work well, or they don’t exist at all. And the solution to your simple task lies in a third-party script, because the FS developers did not have the brains for such a simple thing:
