How to make dynamic turbo pages for each site post?

Hello, I decided to add turbo pages for my news site. The Yandex documentation says how to do this, but as I understand it, all these files should be done manually for each post, but it doesn’t say how to make a dynamic version. Maybe I missed something? On the Internet, basically everything is connected with Word Press. Tell me how to do it right so that after uploading an article to the site, a turbo page is automatically compiled.

Everything is exactly the same as it is written in the documentation, only not by hand, but by code. There are ready-made plugins on WordPress, there is no need to write code there.
