How to make dynamic blocks in MS WORD?

Given:
Furniture items of different sizes, weights, materials, etc.
It is necessary to draw up a specification for each type of product.
Solution:
We make a list of essential parameters, divide them into groups (dimensions, materials, color ...) We
group homogeneous products, for example, chairs of the same type, but of different colors, into one group.
We fill in all the parameters for each product.
Complexity:
If a new color is added to the assortment for all or part of the products, then it will have to be done manually (time consuming and increases the possibility of error).
Desired solution:
Organize dynamic blocks, changing one such block will automatically change the same block on other pages.
Please give advice on how to implement this in MS Word or give a link to other software that can do this. Surely there is, because there are a great many specifications in the world.

Excel, AutoCAD, Access.
It's unlikely to work in Word. It's still a text editor.
