Hello everyone, I'm new to layout, they let me make the first site. There is a number and text of different formats and sizes, you need to fit all this into two columns of the bootstrap, you get either text under the number or text on the right with a large indent.
On the first screen, as it should be on the second, how it turns out, if you do it with one .col, then the text goes under the number, if different, then the indent is obtained.

such an element does not need to be placed in col. because col is not fixed. when resizing - it will also change. and this element will always go back and forth.
