How to make different delivery charges for certain cities in the ordering process?

Please tell me how, when entering or choosing a city in the checkout, to make a separate additional cost for delivery in WooCommerce. For example, they enter the city of St. Petersburg and automatically add 250 rubles for delivery, if Moscow, then 150, etc.
