How to make dependent custom fields in the lead card in Bitrix24?

I have a question about how to implement dependent fields in a CRM element card, for example, a lead. We have a form for creating a new lead, in this form there are two lists of checkboxes: “Interest” and “Bought”.

How to make a connection between these lists? Firstly, they should be located in the form of a lead side by side, in parallel. Secondly, the “Bought” list should be inactive when the lead card is filled out for the first time and become active only after the lead is reopened for editing. Thirdly, in the “Bought” list, it will be possible to select only those fields that are marked in the “Interest” list.
At the first contact, the buyer tells the manager what he is interested in, and the manager fills in the checkboxes, let's say the buyer is only interested in “paving stones” and “fence”, these items are marked by the manager in the “Interest” list. When reopening the lead card, the manager in the “Bought” list can only mark the items “paving stones” and “fence”, the remaining items are not available for marking, since the client was not interested in them.

If Bitrix24 is cloudy, then no way. Only in the boxed version. But doing such functionality is not rational, it is easier to retrain the manager
