How to make data automatically embedded in pdf?

Good afternoon everyone! I need your help and a hint, since I have not encountered this before and have little experience. The site is planned for opencart. and it will contain a calculator in the form of a quiz block, and after passing all the questions, a pdf will be generated. And the task is to embed data from the selected answers (for example: company, model, characteristics, etc.) into this PDF. How can this be implemented? What is more correct? How easier? Perhaps there are some plugins in opencart, although I doubt it for such a task, but you never know)

You can use html2pdf.js and put all selected items first in html and then convert to pdf
