How to make copy-paste and file transfer work between Mac OS and Windows with TightVNC?

All the best. I have Mac OS Catalina, from which I use a native VNC client (Finder, CMD + K) to connect to a windows machine running a VNC server. Everything connects, but copy-paste and file transfer just don’t work, maybe someone faced such a problem?
