If you mean the presence of a pseudo-prefix - products, then by the forces of OC you need to understand how links are formed in the rewrite method and how they are then converted to an internal representation.
In a clean assembly, this can be done, but!
In the oxstore assembly, a pseudo-prefix can be added to the products category and set it as the main one for all products, but this is not the best option

System - Settings - Seo Pro.
There, disable "CNC products with categories" - in this case there will be CNC without categories - immediately products, like this:

Checked on Ocstore 3.0. 2.0 there is a built-in CNC module (screen https://i.imgur.com/8XCMI8I.png )
