The problem is, if it disconnects from RDP, then Clickermann stops working, but if it connects back, the autoclicker continues its work at the moment at which you disconnected from RDP. How can I make it continue to work?

You need to connect via RDP, then in this session, connect via RDP to another user on this server and break the first connection.
It turns out that the first connection will stop (with all programs, as you describe), but the second connection launched from under the first one will continue to work and all processes in it, programs will work as if the user is connected.
