Running selenium webdriver tests (C#) on Azure + reporting output, how to implement?

There is an external and local site. I want to run tests using Selenium Webdriver and C# in the cloud (on a virtual machine?) + I need some tool to automatically run tests, switch environments (external / local site), receive reports, logs, pictures + I want to do all this without taking up my work car. Ideally combined with Code UI tests.
Tell me, does Azure allow you to do this, and what does it need for this? (Jenkins plugin? allure?) Has anyone done this or has any idea how it can be done in practice? (so that it works exactly, does not fall, is a stable, easy and fast solution).

"I don't know what I want" is just your case. The question at least needs to be divided into several smaller ones in meaning:
And now to specify each of them, because these are different questions, loosely related to each other, but the answer to the second, for example, will depend on what is needed in question 1, etc.

I run my tests in the cloud using the TeamCity CI system.
Setting up TeamCity is not complicated.
Google it, lots of guides on installing this CI system in the cloud.
