How to make Circular Reveal Animation on Android Pre-Lolilop?

Hello!)
Recently I saw a beautiful transition animation between activities and tried to implement it. I found good articles ( one and two ) that describe how all this can be done. In general, it turned out well, but the problem is that these examples work with API 21+. I ask you for help. Is it possible to make such animation on minSDK 15+ or at least 19+ devices? Maybe show me an example or point me in the right direction!)
